Welcome to Clearwater Animal Hospital. We are excited to meet you and your pet on your very first visit to our practice. We recommend that you bring the following information with you when you come for your appointment:

What to Prepare in Advance of Your Visit
Please arrive for your appointment approximately ten minutes early so that we can make sure that we have all of the information that we need from you without taking time out of your scheduled visit. If you need us to contact your former veterinarian for your pet’s medical records, please let us know in advance so that we can take care of that for you. Please make sure that you have reserved at least 30 minutes for your appointment as first visits require a thorough check-up.
Our doctors and team know financial concerns should never stand in the way of your pet’s good health. For your convenience we accept many Pet Insurance Plans. We welcome most major credit cards and offer flexible 3rd party financing for qualified applicants.
